Surcoat of Counterpoise is a major class artifact, that is equipped in shoulders slot. While equipped the artifact increases magic resistance of a hero's army by 10%.
In Horn of the Abyss, Resistance now reduces enemy hero spell power during combat instead of increasing chance to resist spells. Read more here.
